Born out of the effects of the pandemic on the Canadian job market, CEASE Inc. addresses the gaps created in the Canadian economy; countless employers were forced to close their doors, leaving a large number of Canadian workers struggling to find work.
We took a lead in this segment and helped our members find work, using their transferrable skills to transition to other positions that fit their skill set, training, experience, and education. We also provided extensive training and guidance to our members, so they stay competitive in today’s ever-changing job market. Jobseekers and employers benefitted alike, when many businesses transitioned to the work-from-home model.
We were diligent in filling the gap, and our members were ready for this transition. We helped and continue to help businesses find the best resource almost immediately so they can continue to focus on what’s most important to them: growing their business! Businesses had a constant supply of trained professionals who were ready to get back in the workforce! We built a database of serious and qualified applicants to address the shortage of human resources and assured they matched the specifications and requirements of employers.
Along with providing employment solutions, we helped our members grow financially; we provided personal income-tax filing, basic financial advice, and helped them with resources to support their next goal, whether that was saving for their first home, starting a business, or going back to school to further their career. CEAS Inc. prides itself on collaboration and partnering within the community to provide a myriad of services to members and businesses alike. Our team includes Recruiters, CPA Professionals, Financial Planners, Web Developers and Mortgage Advisors. We are experienced in providing payroll and bookkeeping services, personal-, small business- and corporate tax E-filing to help individuals and businesses save time and money.
